Why Did I Receive an Email About My Upcoming Cores Club Subscription Order After I Cancelled It?Updated 2 days ago

If you’ve already cancelled your subscription but still received an email about an upcoming order we get how confusing that can be. The good news is that it doesn’t mean your subscription is still active. Here's why it happens and how you can double-check your status.


Why You Might Still See Subscription Emails

After you cancel your subscription, it can take up to 2 weeks for our system to update and fully reflect your new preferences. As a result, you may still receive a reminder email about an upcoming order, even though your subscription has already been cancelled.

These emails are automated and sometimes queued before your cancellation was fully processed. Receiving one does not mean your subscription will renew or that you'll be charged again.


How to Double-Check That Your Subscription Is Cancelled

If you want to confirm that your subscription is cancelled, you can follow these quick steps:

  1. Log in to your account here. If you're having trouble logging in, click here

  2. Look for the yellow Cores Club banner and click “Edit Subscription”

  3. From here, you'll be able to see that you do not have any active subscriptions under the "Active Subscriptions" section. Any inactive subscriptions will be shown below, under the "Inactive/Completed Subscriptions" section
