How does the FÜM Cores Club work?
It couldn’t be easier, just subscribe to Cores Club on our ‘Journey Pack’ or ‘Cores Club’ product pages to get a monthly supply of Cores delivered straight to your door. As a member, you’ll be rolling in rewards, including 30% off your Cores Club orders, free shipping, access to our Facebook group community, treats for staying on track, and more perks than you can shake a FÜM at!
What kind of limited edition flavors can I try?
Before releasing new flavors to the world, you’ll have the opportunity to try them first, and provide valued feedback on them.
Where can I view my subscription portal and manage my recurring orders?

Can I edit the order date, pause or cancel my subscription any time?
Of course! You’re not locked into anything. Simply edit your delivery dates, pause or cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. We’re pretty chill like that.

Can I choose to mix and match my favorite flavors?
Yes! That’s part of the fun. Choose any combination from classic favorites to new flavor adventures. The choice is entirely yours.
How many Cores can I order at once?
On your first subscription order, you can choose between 3, 6 or 11 packs per month (and don’t forget - there are three individual Cores in each pack). We know how things can change, so you’re totally free to increase or decrease the number of Cores in your order every month after your initial order as long as the order value is $20 USD or more. We love keeping things flexible.
When will I be charged for my subscription order?
Your selected payment method on file will be charged at the time your order processes.

Can I apply a gift card or store credit to my next subscription order?
While gift cards cannot be applied to subscriptions through your subscription account, our Customer Service team can assist. Simply reach out to us, and we'd be happy to apply the gift card to your next subscription order.
If I leave Cores Club, will I still have access to the Facebook group?
You’re welcome to stay part of the FÜM Support Club for as long as you like. In fact, please don’t ever leave - we love having you as part of the community!
Can I join Cores Club even if I ordered my FÜM a while ago?
Yes, absolutely! Whether you’re a brand new FÜMan, or you’ve been with us from the start, we welcome you to Cores Club with open arms. It’s never too late, or too early, to take your good habit to the next level. Begin your Cores Club journey here!
If I don't like a flavor that I ordered, can I exchange it for a different flavor?
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for opened Core packs. We recognize that flavor preferences vary from person to person, which is why we offer a wide range of flavor profiles to explore.
Flavors may also taste a bit different at first as your tastebuds adjust and recalibrate, so we encourage giving them a little time before deciding they're not for you.
If you're not satisfied with a particular flavor, you can easily remove or swap it for a different flavor in your next subscription order.
