How does the FÜM Cores Club work?

It couldn’t be easier, just subscribe to Cores Club on our ‘Journey Pack’ or ‘Cores Club’ product pages to get a monthly supply of Cores delivered straight to your door. As a member, you’ll be rolling in rewards, including 15% off your Cores Club orders, free shipping, access to our Facebook group community, treats for staying on track, and more perks than you can shake a FÜM at!

What kind of limited edition flavors can I try?

Before releasing new flavors to the world, you’ll have the opportunity to try them first, and provide valued feedback on them. 

Can I edit the order date, pause or cancel my subscription any time?

Of course! You’re not locked into anything. Simply edit your delivery dates, pause or cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. We’re pretty chill like that.

Can I change the frequency of my shipments after my initial order?

Absolutely. We fit around your schedule, so if you’re going away, or still have Cores to get through, you can alter your shipping dates hassle-free.

Can I choose to mix and match my favorite flavors?

Yes! That’s part of the fun. Choose any combination from classic favorites to new flavor adventures. You’re the master of your destiny…

How many Cores can I order at once?

You can choose between 3, 6 or 9 packs per month (and don’t forget - there are three individual Cores in each pack). We know how things can change, so you’re totally free to increase or decrease the number of Cores in your order every month. We love keeping things flexible.

When will I be charged for my subscription order?

Your selected payment method on file will be charged at the time your order processes.

If I leave Cores Club, will I still have access to the Facebook group?

You’re welcome to stay part of the FÜM Support Club for as long as you like. In fact, please don’t ever leave - we love having you as part of the community!

Can I join Cores Club even if I ordered my FÜM a while ago?

Yes, absolutely! Whether you’re a brand new FÜMan, or you’ve been with us from the start, we welcome you to Cores Club with open arms. It’s never too late, or too early, to take your good habit to the next level. Begin your Cores Club journey here!

If I don't like a flavor that I ordered, can I exchange it for a different flavor?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for opened Core packs. We recognize that flavor preferences vary among individuals, which is why we provide a wide range of flavor profiles. We encourage you to experiment with different flavors until you find the perfect fit. If you're not satisfied with a particular flavor, as a member of Cores Club, you can easily remove or swap it out for your next subscription order.

Is the Cores Club subscription available globally?
