How Can I Change the Core Flavors in My Subscription?Updated 14 hours ago
The method for changing the Cores on your subscription will depend on what products you initially ordered (i.e. the Journey Pack vs Cores Club).
If you encounter an error while trying to change your Cores and are unable to edit your subscription flavors, please refer this support article.
Subscription was created via a Cores Club Order
If you ordered via the Cores Club product page, your subscription will look something like this:
1. From within your subscription dashboard, click "View Details" for the subscription you would like to make the changes to. On how to access your subscription dashboard, click here.
2. Click "Edit".
3. Click "Edit".
4. You will be able to select between a bundle of 3, 6 or 9 Cores.
5. Select the flavors you would like in your subscription.
The flavors that are currently selected to be in your subscription will appear in the pop up window/menu at the bottom of your screen.
6. Once you have selected the quantity and flavors you would like in your subscription, click "Update bundle".
Subscription was created via a Journey Pack Order
If you ordered via the Journey Pack product page, your subscription will look something like this:
1. From within your subscription dashboard, click "View Details" for the subscription you would like to make the changes to. On how to access your subscription dashboard, click here.
2. Click "Edit" for the Core you would like to increase the quantity of/swap out/remove.
• If increasing the quantity, adjust the amount of Cores you would like in your upcoming shipment, and click "Update".
• If swapping out a current Core flavor for an alternate Core flavor that is currently not in the subscription, click "Switch", select the Core flavor and quantity you would like to switch it out for, and then "Confirm Switch".
If you wish to exchange one Core flavor for another existing flavor in your subscription, simply remove the current unwanted Core flavor and adjust the quantity of the alternate flavor accordingly.
• If removing a Core flavor from your subscription, click “Remove” and then select “Remove from Subscription.” Please note: subscriptions must include at least 3 Core packs.
