1. From within your subscription dashboard, click "View Details" for the subscription you would like to make the changes to. On how to access your subscription dashboard, click here.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the subscription page and click "Pause Subscription".

3. Choose how long you would like to pause the subscription for and click "Confirm".
