When will my order ship?

We aim to have orders processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order, barring any backorder or stock hiccup. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

What is considered a business day?

A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing will begin the following Monday.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines vary based on your selected shipping method and location and will be shown to you at checkout.

The estimated delivery time shown at checkout includes both order processing and fulfillment. For standard shipping within the U.S., you can typically expect your order to arrive within 5–8 business days from the time it's placed. For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout in select regions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. You can also sign in to your account to view the tracking details for your order there.
