Is My Order Lost?Updated 9 days ago

Most of our orders arrive on time and without any issues, but occasionally, a package might take longer to reach you or even get lost by the carrier.

Although FÜM isn't responsible for packages lost in transit, our support team is ready to help you as much as possible. If you think your order might be lost and it falls within the guidelines below, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.


Orders shipping to the United States (excluding APO/FPO shipments) & Canada

• The shipping address on file is correct
• The order was shipped 21+ days ago and the tracking does not indicate when the shipment will be delivered
• The tracking confirms the order is in transit and has not been returned to sender


Orders shipping to Australia, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom

• The shipping address on file is correct
• There have been no tracking updates for 15+ days
• The tracking confirms the order is in transit and has not been returned to sender


Orders shipping to New Zealand or the EU (excluding the Netherlands)

• The shipping address on file is correct
• There have been no tracking updates for 20+ days
• The tracking does not indicate the shipment is in the process of clearing customs
• The tracking confirms the order is in transit and has not been returned to sender


Orders shipping to all other locations not listed above (including APO/FPO shipments)

• The shipping address on file is correct
• The order was shipped 45+ days ago and the tracking does not indicate when the shipment will be delivered
• The tracking does not indicate the shipment is in the process of clearing customs 
• The tracking confirms the order is in transit and has not been returned to sender
