My Package Was Delivered but I Have Not Received ItUpdated 2 days ago

If you receive a delivery notification but have not received your package, that can be concerning and we're here to help!

Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package as delivered before it is physically delivered. Below are a few things to check if your package has been marked delivered, but not received:

Check Your Mailbox

The package may be small enough to fit into a large mailbox and can occasionally get overlooked as a larger package is expected. Please ensure it is not in your mailbox.

Verify the Shipping Address

Ensure that the shipping address on file is correct. This can be checked either on your FÜM account or in your order confirmation email.

Check With Others

Sometimes, a package may be delivered to a neighbour, community mailbox or a local post office despite the shipping address being your physical address. Please reach out to your local post office to confirm that they do not have your package and are unable to determine its whereabouts.

Confirm Your Package Wasn't Returned

Check the tracking history to ensure your order was not returned to sender. If your order was returned to sender, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Still No Luck?

If all else fails and you have still not received your package 5 days after the marked delivery date, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Unreceived packages must be reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date. After that window, it becomes too late for us to investigate or offer a resolution—but we’ll do everything we can to help if it’s reported in time!
