I Received an Order Confirmation I Don’t RecognizeUpdated a day ago
If you received an order confirmation email but don’t remember placing an order, we understand how concerning that can be. In most cases, the order is connected to a Cores Club subscription. Here’s how to check and what you can do next.
Check if You Have an Active Cores Club Subscription
If the Core flavors in your order confirmation email match the flavors/quantities from a past order, it’s very likely this was a scheduled subscription order.
How it works: When the “Subscribe & Save” option is the selected option at the time a Journey Pack is added to the shopping cart, you’re automatically enrolled in recurring Cores deliveries once the order is completed.
These recurring Cores Club subscription orders are then processed and shipped automatically every month unless changed, paused, skipped, or canceled in advance.
To check your subscription:
Log in to your account here. If you're having trouble logging in, click here
Look for the yellow Cores Club banner and click “Edit Subscription”
Locate the active subscription
Click “View Details” on your active subscription
Under Subscription Details, click “View Past Orders” to see your order history
What to Do If You Have an Active Subscription
If you confirm the order was due to an active subscription, here’s what you can do:
