How can I check on my order's status?Updated 3 days ago

After your order is placed, you can view the order status through your customer account. Order processing time is 1-3 business days from the order being placed. 

 

1.  Log into your account. Click here for steps on logging in to your account.


2. Click "My Account" from the left hand menu on desktop or from the hamburger menu in upper right hand corner of your screen on mobile.


3. Under "Order History" click on the order # that you would like to view. The fulfilment status and tracking information will appear on the right hand side of the screen, under each product.
