How can I cancel my order?Updated 3 days ago

Please be aware that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee the cancellation of your order. Our customer support team must manually process the cancellation request.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our support team will make every effort to assist you in cancelling your order before it is dispatched.

We strive to address order cancellation requests promptly. However, once an order progresses into the fulfillment process with our partner fulfillment center, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. The fulfillment process encompasses product picking, packing, and package labeling.

Before an order is labeled for shipment, its status will display as unfulfilled on your FÜM account dashboard. Please note that this unfulfilled status does not guarantee cancelability, as the order may have already entered the picking/packing phase at the fulfillment center.

Once a package is labeled for shipment, your order status will change to fulfilled, and tracking information will be sent via email.
