Please be aware that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee the cancellation of your order. Our customer support team must manually process the cancellation request.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation as soon as possible. Our support team will make every effort to assist you in cancelling your order before it is dispatched.
We strive to address order cancellation requests promptly. However, once an order progresses into the fulfillment process, it may be too late to cancel the order. The fulfillment process encompasses product picking, packing, and package labeling.
Before an order is labeled for shipment, its status will display as unfulfilled on your FÜM account dashboard. Please note that this unfulfilled status does not guarantee cancelability, as the order may have already entered the fulfilment process at the fulfillment center.
Once a package is labeled for shipment, your order status will change to fulfilled, and tracking information will be sent via email.
