How much can I use my FÜM in a day?Updated a day ago

When you are using FÜM with a FÜM Core, there is a perfect amount of essential oil to be used over one day. You can use it as often as you like throughout the day. Use FÜM when you wake up, on your commute, at work, during your workout, and when you unwind at the end of the day!

When using essential oils, it is always a good idea to consult with your doctor to see which essential oils are safe for you and your current medications (when applicable).
