There are no direct contraindications for our products. We do have safety recommendations based on general clinical recommendations for essential oils. Our products contain essential oils, in accordance with Health Canada guidelines for safe daily quantities in an aromatherapy context. While essential oils are considered safe for adult users without pre-existing allergies, there are some recommendations among medical professionals to avoid essential oils in the case of the user having epilepsy, high/low blood pressure, being pregnant, or being under the age of 16.
