If you purchased Checkout+ with your order, you’re eligible for an enhanced return experience with added flexibility and protection.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional in-cart add-on that gives you a smoother return experience, including:

• Simple self-service returns, refunds, and exchanges - even for lost, stolen, opened, damaged, or incorrect items
• Flexible resolution options including store credit, refund, or exchange
• Faster processing

How Can I Add Checkout+ to My Order?

You can choose to check out with or without Checkout+ in your cart and/or during checkout before completing your order.

In Cart

To opt-in, click the green "Checkout+" button. To opt-out, click "Checkout without free refunds".

On the Checkout Page

You can add/remove Checkout+ by checking/unchecking the box as shown below.

If you're unsure whether your order included Checkout+, you can check your order information in your FÜM account or in your order confirmation email. It will show up as a "Checkout+: Risk-Free Returns" item in your order summary.

How Does it Work?

Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 40 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

If you are required to return your any items, you will be supplied with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Opened Items

With Checkout+, opened items may be eligible for a refund. In these cases you will not be required to return the product due to sanitary and safety reasons.

Journey Packs & Bundle Items

Due to how bundle items are structured, Journey Packs are not eligible for direct exchanges. If you’d like to switch flavors, store credit will be provided so you can place a new order with your preferred options.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item:

• You’ll be asked to upload a photo for verification
• Once reviewed, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order is lost in transit or stolen, your order may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Outcomes

Depending on your order and eligibility, you may be offered one of the following:

• Refund to your original payment method
• Store credit
• Exchange for another item

Available options may vary based on:

• Product type
• Condition of the item
• Your location
• Reason for return

Shipping for Exchanges

If you request an exchange:

• Return shipping is covered
• Shipping for the new item may apply

Location-Based Options

Return options may differ depending on your country or region. In some cases, only store credit may be available.

How Do I Initiate a Checkout+ Return or Exchange?

You can initiate a return through:

• The Checkout+ portal
• The Help Center
• The "Returns" option in chat

If your order did not include Checkout+, returns are not available through the self-service portal and must be handled by our support team and in accordance with our standard return/refund policy outlined here.
