If your discount code is not working upon checkout here are a few things you can try.

1. Ensure the discount code is correct with no spaces before, between or afterwards

2. Ensure that your email address is entered in the email field BEFORE you enter in the code as sometimes, the discount code is associated with your account/email address.

3. If all else fails, please reach out to us at [email protected] with a screenshot of your cart contents as well as the error message that is appearing so our support team can assist you further!

Please be aware that discount codes cannot be applied to subscription products.
