Why is my payment method being declined?Updated 3 days ago

If you are experiencing a declined payment, below are some suggestions to try.

1. Ensure the billing billing address is correct
2. Ensure the credit card number is correct
3. Ensure the CVV is entered correctly
4. Ensure the card's expiry date is correct and that it is not expired
5. Ensure that there is not a hold on the card from the credit card provider
6. Try clearing your cache/history or placing the order on an alternate device/browser

We recommend verifying that all card information has been entered correctly and there are no holds on the card. If you continue to have issues, we suggest trying a different card or paying through another payment method (such as PayPal, ApplePay, etc.).
