Welcome to Your FÜM Journey – We're Excited for You!

To support you as you build better habits, we’ve included a Habit Tracker card inside the box with your FÜM device.

Your tracker will look something like this:

Use it to mark off each day from 1 to 30 as you stay consistent on your journey. Once you’ve completed the tracker, snap a photo of yourself with your FÜM and the filled-in card, and send it to [email protected]—we’ll send you a reward to celebrate your progress!

*If you purchased your FÜM from somewhere other than our online store (such as Amazon or a retail location), please also include proof of purchase—like a screenshot of your Amazon order confirmation or a photo of your store receipt.
