A Core lasts 2-3 days of repeated use. There are several factors that contribute to the lifespan of a Core.

Intensity & Flavor Preference 

Different Cores contain different types/amounts of flavor ingredients, such as peppermint, resulting in stronger or milder flavors. More potent flavors will tend to last longer.

Frequency of Use

Cores are designed to last 2-3 days of repeated use, though this duration may exceed 3 days depending on how often you use your FÜM as well as the Core flavor you are using. While you may find that your Cores last longer than 3 days, we recommend changing them out every 3-4 days to ensure that your FÜM stays clean and fresh.

Storage Conditions

How you store your FÜM between uses can also impact the lifespan of your Core. The flavor lasts longer when the airflow valve is fully closed, as opposed to when it’s left open.

These factors collectively influence how long a Core will last for each individual user.
