We know many of you are excited to receive your new FÜM Zero, and we want to give you an update on the current shipping delays.
What’s causing the delay?
Due to overwhelming demand, we sold out of FÜM Zero shortly after launch. While we had new inventory scheduled to arrive, our shipment has been held at the border for inspection which has slowed down our ability to restock and fulfill orders.
When will my order ship?
We are closely monitoring the situation and anticipate that the shipment will be released by the beginning of next week (October 6th). Once it arrives at our warehouse, all backlogged orders will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Is this the normal FÜM experience?
Not at all. Typically, orders ship within a couple of days of being placed. This customs issue is unusual and out of our control, but we take full responsibility for communicating clearly and keeping you updated.
