While FÜM Cores don't have a hard expiration date like food products, they do contain natural plant extracts that evaporate over time, especially once exposed to air. To ensure you get the best possible experience, we recommend the following usage timelines:

• Unopened Packages:
  Use your Cores within 3 months of purchase for optimal freshness. 

• After Opening the Package:
  Once you've broken the seal on your Core packet, we suggest using the Cores within 6 weeks. 

• Why Timing Matters:
  The effectiveness of each Core relies on the volatility of its natural ingredients—meaning they evaporate into the air quickly. This is what makes them work so well in your FÜM, but it also means their strength naturally fades with time and exposure.

• Tips to Maximize Shelf Life:
