If you’re seeing charges for a Cores Club subscription but your account shows no active subscriptions, don’t worry. This is a common issue, and we can help you resolve it.
Why This Happens
This situation is usually caused by one of the following:
Alternate email address – Your subscription may be set up under a different email address. This can happen if you accidentally used an old email or a different address when subscribing.
Email typos – A small typo in your email during sign-up may result in your subscription being linked to an account you’re not currently signed in to.
Third-party autofill – Some payment methods (like Apple Pay, PayPal, or browser autofill) may auto-fill an email address you didn't intend to use when placing your order.
Installment payments – In some cases, the charge you’re seeing may not be a subscription at all. If you previously placed an order using an installment payment option, the recurring charge could be part of that payment plan rather than a subscription. We recommend double-checking your original order confirmation to confirm whether the charge is tied to an installment plan.
What You Should Do

If you are unable to locate/access the account with your subscription, contact our support team at [email protected] and include the following information:
Full name used to place your order
Email address(es) you may have used
Shipping address your orders are being sent to
Last 4 digits of the card or payment method used (where applicable)

Important Notes
Logging into your account with a specific email address will only show subscriptions associated with that email address. If your subscription is linked to a different email, it will not appear under that account.
