- Log in to your subscription dashboard.

If you are not seeing any subscriptions when you log in but are receiving recurring shipments, your account is likely set up under an alternate email address. You must log in with the email address you used when placing your first order to see your subscriptions. - From your subscription dashboard, click "View Details" on the subscription you’d like to make changes to.
- Scroll down to "Account Details" where you will see the subscription plan frequency. Click "Edit". Please note that your subscription must be active in order to make these changes.
- Select your preferred delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months).
After selecting the pre-set frequency options, you'll also have the option to adjust the date of your next order using the calendar below the frequency settings, if you’d like to schedule it for a different time. You can choose any date up to 6 months from the current date. Once you’re happy with your selection, click "Confirm".
