1. Log in to your subscription dashboard.
   
   → Click here to request a login link to your subscription dashboard.
   
   If you are not seeing any subscriptions when you log in but are receiving recurring shipments, your account is likely set up under an alternate email address. You must log in with the email address you used when placing your first order to see your subscriptions.
   
   
2. From your subscription dashboard, click "View Details" on the subscription you’d like to make changes to.
   
   
   
3. Above your subscription items, you will see three options for changing when your next subscription order will ship.
   • "Order Now" will process an order immediately
   • "Skip Order" will skip the next scheduled order
   • "Re-schedule" will allow you to choose a specific date that you would like your next order to process
   
   There is also an "Order Schedule" button lower on the page where you can view upcoming shipments. You can choose to skip upcoming shipments here as well.
